Storii.Life is operated by Haywood Media Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a UK-registered editorial media company operating a portfolio of interconnected wellness, lifestyle, travel and performance platforms. Our platforms share a single unified relationship layer so that clients, contributors and partners are recognised consistently across the group.

How we communicate with you
Operational and support communication is issued from our secure ticket system and from verified addresses at storii.life and wellbeingmagazine.com. Marketing emails are sent from our verified sender domains and always include an unsubscribe link.
Processors and third-party services
We do not sell or share your personal details with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use the following trusted processors to run our business:
- Mailchimp — email marketing delivery
- Resend — transactional and support email delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
- PayPal — payment processing
- Payoneer — international payments
- Google Search Console — website performance analytics
- Lovable — hosting and application infrastructure
- Supabase — encrypted database and authentication infrastructure
Each of these providers is bound by their own data protection commitments and processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

We retain personal data for as long as we have an active relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and audit obligations (typically 7 years for financial records). You may request earlier deletion where no legal duty requires us to retain it.

Personal data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database. Staff access is limited by role and protected by authenticated sessions. Support attachments are stored in a private, non-public bucket.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session security on our staff and client portals. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
International transfers
Some of our processors are based outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision as appropriate.
